Crystal Lakes Newsletter

Crystal Lakes Fishing Club is pleased to partner with Herman Brothers Pond Management for 2008 and again in 2009. Herman Brothers performed electrofishing surveys and stocked Walleye and Tiger Muskie in the fall of 2008 for Raccoon Lake. They plan to electrofish all of the lakes in the spring of 2009 to help determine stocking and harvesting strategies this year!

During the electrofishing surveys, Herman Brothers will be tagging several fish on each lake for our fishing contest this year. Catching a tagged fish will be worth $30 cash! There will be more than one tagged fish in every lake!

We already are putting together plans of implementing Walleye and Tiger Muskie stocking programs on several of our lakes again this fall!

Electrofishing results and corresponding stocking/harvesting recommendations will be posted here sometime in May!
